This is not a standard warehouse role

This is a hands-on, on-the-move role with real variety:

Some days you’ll be picking, packing, and cutting orders.
Other days you’ll be out doing deliveries.
Sometimes you’ll be helping with site maintenance or supporting install crews on site.

What you’ll actually be doing

🧰 Picking, packing, and prepping orders for jobs
🚚 Delivering materials around town
🛠 Carrying out routine maintenance and small repairs on clients’ artificial grass
👷 Supporting installation teams on-site when needed
🚗 Keeping our fleet, tools, and machinery clean, tidy, and well looked after
📦 Keeping the warehouse, yard, and facilities organised and running smoothly

In short: you’re the person who makes sure everything’s ready, working, and where it should be.

Who this role is perfect for

This is a great fit if you:

Like practical, hands-on work
Have a strong sense of urgency and pride in doing things properly
Enjoy variety and don’t want every day to feel the same
Are physically fit and happy to get stuck in
Are reliable, self-motivated, and switched on
Have a full, clean driver’s licence

You don’t need to know everything already — but you do need a good attitude and willingness to learn.
