SmartGrass is looking for an Operations Coordinator who can bring structure, calm, pace, and common sense to a busy growing operation.

Operations takes the promise and turns it into delivery — coordinating the people, materials, timing, clients, installers, suppliers, and final close-out so every job lands cleanly.

About the Role

The Operations Coordinator is the conductor of SmartGrass operations.

You’ll own the process from sale handover through to job completion and final close-off.

That means planning jobs properly, aligning resources, supporting installers, keeping clients updated, ordering materials, managing schedules, and making sure nothing misses its cue.

You’ll sit between sales, installers, suppliers, and clients — bringing clarity, calm, timing, and follow-through.
